Dieter Ernst

迪特·恩斯特（Dieter Ernst）是夏威夷檀香山“东西方中心”的全职研究员。 他是美国，中国，印度和其他新兴经济体的产业政策问题，信息技术和创新领域的专家。他曾在政府，私人公司和国际组织（如经济合作与发展组织（OECD），世界银行，亚洲国家研究办公室，联合国贸易和发展会议以及联合国工业发展组织. 他的重要研究涉及全球生产网络，高科技产业的研发与亚洲国家的知识经济。此外，他发表了有关亚洲（尤其是中国）和美国的知识产权制度和标准化政策的多项研究。
